What is EPA SWMM?
The Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) is free, open-source software maintained by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. EPA describes it as a dynamic rainfall-runoff model for single-event or long-term simulations of runoff quantity and quality in drainage systems.
